The consultation services available vary from customer to customer.  The services are mutually agreed upon to form our partnership and expectations of the services to be provided.  For the on-site safety professional, the process follows this general guidance:

 

             1.  A kick-off meeting with the customer to begin the development process.

             2.  Detailed documentation of services to be provided.  Goals and objectives                   are set up for expectations.

             3.  Service agreements are drafted and signed by both parties.

             4.  Consultation services are provided and documented carefully.

             5.  Weekly written reports are sent to our customer for review of

                  manufacturing/construction projects underway.

             6.  Tracking of losses, incident rates, and hazard identification are

                  documented.

             7.  Completion of project close our report with final billings sent to customer.

 

For safety training needs, the following process will take place:

 

             1.  Meeting with the customer to establish training needs.

             2.  Once training needs are identified, a proposal for services will be drafted

                  and sent to the customer.

             3.  A service agreement is drafted and signed by both parties, mutually

                  agreeing upon the service and price.

             4.  Provide the requested training.

             5.  Upon completion of training, provide the customer with documentation of

                  such training with certifications, training rosters, and training syllabus.
